The home’s prime location offers stunning rooftop views of the mangroves — perfect for watching the sunrise with a coffee or relaxing at sunset with a cocktail. The private rooftop terrace features a cocktail-size plunge pool, loungers, and cozy seating, where you can soak up the sun or gaze out toward the sea. You might even spot monkeys playing in the mangroves below!

Just a short 1.5-mile bike ride, walk, or drive brings you to Puerto Morelos’ town square and the beach. Taxis, Uber, and Colectivos (buses) are easy to catch for quick rides into town.

With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this spacious three-story home is perfect for families, couples, or small groups of friends. There are also two pullout sofas in the living and TV rooms for extra sleeping space.

• Primary Suite (2nd floor): King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and a private balcony with spectacular mangrove views.

• Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): Queen bed, private balcony, and a full bathroom with shower right outside the door.

• Bedroom 3 (3rd floor): Private entrance from the rooftop terrace, queen bed, private balcony, Smart TV, full bath, and an outdoor shower — all with beautiful mangrove views.

🍳 Amenities

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, toaster, Instant Pot, and coffee maker. Off the kitchen, a private garden patio offers a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

You’ll also find a laundry room for convenience during longer stays. Every detail — from the craftsmanship to the furnishings — has been chosen with love and comfort in mind.

🌿 Guest Access & Neighborhood

Guests have full access to the home and its amenities. Our property manager, Jessica, will contact you before your stay to coordinate check-in and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Puntarena sits just a short walk from La Colonia, the local heart of Puerto Morelos — where you’ll find authentic restaurants, shops, and the main supermarket (Chedraui). Staying on this side of town gives you the chance to experience real local culture, while the beach and seaside dining are just minutes away.

I love my pets, and want to welcome yours. If you will be traveling with a dog, please let me know. I am happy to allow small well-behaved dogs, and pet approval is provided on a case by case basis.
